Tablets
Relief of cold symptoms: fever, sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills, headache, runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, joint pain, and muscle pain

Loxoprofen sodium hydrate 204.3 mg (180 mg as anhydrous)
Dihydrocodeine phosphate 24 mg

Guaifenesin 250 mg
Anhydrous caffeine 40 mg
Inactive Ingredients
Cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, carmellose calcium, calcium hydrogen phosphate, magnesium aluminometasilicate, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, macrogol, talc, titanium oxide, ferric oxide, carnauba wax
Instructions for Use
- ✓Take within 30 minutes after a meal if possible, with water or lukewarm water.

- ✓Follow the recommended dosage strictly.
- ✓To remove a tablet from the PTP sheet, press firmly on the raised side of the sheet with your fingertip to break the aluminum foil on the back, then take out the tablet. Do not swallow the PTP sheet, as it may puncture the esophageal lining and cause serious injury.
- ✕Do not use this product if you:
- (1) Have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients.
- (2) Have ever experienced asthma after taking this product, another cold medicine, or a pain reliever/fever reducer.
- (3) Are under 15 years of age.
- (4) Are being treated at a medical institution for any of the following: gastric or duodenal ulcer, liver disease, kidney disease, or heart disease.
- (5) Have been told by a doctor that you have a blood disorder, such as a low red blood cell count (anemia), a low platelet count (bleeding easily or bleeding that is hard to stop), or a low white blood cell count.
- (6) Are pregnant and within 12 weeks of your expected delivery date.
- ✕Do not use any of the following medicines while taking this product: other cold medicines, pain relievers/fever reducers, sedatives, cough and phlegm medicines, or oral medicines containing antihistamines (such as medicines for rhinitis, motion sickness, or allergies).
- ✕Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this product (drowsiness may occur).
- ✕Do not take this product while breastfeeding. If you must take it, avoid breastfeeding.
- ✕Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this product.
- ✕Do not use for more than 5 days.
- ✕Do not take more than the recommended dose.
- ✓Seek immediate medical attention if any of the following serious symptoms appear:
- • Shock (anaphylaxis): Itching of skin, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, itchy throat, difficulty breathing, palpitations, or clouded consciousness immediately after use.
- • Gastrointestinal bleeding: Vomiting blood, nausea/vomiting, abdominal pain, black tarry stools, or bloody stools.
- • Gastrointestinal perforation (a hole in the digestive tract): Nausea/vomiting, or severe abdominal pain.
- • Narrowing or blockage of the small or large intestine: Nausea/vomiting, abdominal pain, or abdominal bloating.
- • Aplastic anemia: Bruising, nosebleed, bleeding gums, fever, pale skin or mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, feeling faint or unsteady, or blood in urine.
- • Agranulocytosis: Sudden high fever, chills, or sore throat.
- • Blood disorder: Sore throat, fever, general fatigue, pale face or inner eyelids, easy bleeding (bleeding gums, nosebleed), or bruising that does not fade when pressed.
- • Stevens-Johnson syndrome / toxic epidermal necrolysis / erythema multiforme / acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis: High fever, redness of eyes, eye discharge, sores on lips, sore throat, widespread rash or redness on skin, blisters on reddened parts of the skin, small blisters (pustules) on reddened skin, general fatigue, or loss of appetite that persists or rapidly worsens.
- • Kidney disorder: Fever, rash, decreased urine output, swelling throughout the body, general fatigue, joint pain, or diarrhea.
- • Congestive heart failure: General fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, chest pain, dizziness, or fainting.
- • Myocardial infarction: Squeezing chest pain, difficulty breathing, or cold sweats.
- • Cerebrovascular disorder (such as stroke): Decreased or loss of consciousness, weakness or inability to move one side of the body, headache, vomiting, dizziness, difficulty speaking, or inability to find words, appearing suddenly.
- • Interstitial pneumonia: Shortness of breath with climbing stairs or slight exertion, dry cough, fever, or other symptoms that appear suddenly or persist.
- • Liver disorder: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes), dark urine, general fatigue, or loss of appetite.
- • Rhabdomyolysis: Pain in the muscles of the limbs, shoulders, or lower back, numbness or weakness in the limbs, stiffness, general fatigue, or reddish-brown urine.
- • Aseptic meningitis: Severe headache with stiff neck, fever, nausea, or vomiting. (This symptom has been reported more frequently in patients being treated for systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease.)
- • Asthma: Wheezing or whistling breath sounds, or difficulty breathing.
- • Respiratory depression: Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing.
- ⚠Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if you:
- (1) Are under medical treatment by a doctor or dentist.
- (2) Are pregnant or possibly pregnant.
- (3) Are elderly.
- (4) Have ever had an allergic reaction to a medicine.
- (5) Have any of the following symptoms: high fever, or difficulty urinating.
- (6) Have been diagnosed with bronchial asthma, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), mixed connective tissue disease (MCTD), thyroid disease, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, glaucoma, respiratory dysfunction, obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, or obesity.
- (7) Have a history of gastric or duodenal ulcer, liver disease, kidney disease, or blood disease.
- ✓Stop use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist — bringing this package insert with you — if any of the following appear after taking this product, as they may be side effects:
- An excessive drop in body temperature, weakness (loss of strength), or cold hands and feet
- A peptic ulcer, or swelling
- Skin: Rash, redness, or itching
- Gastrointestinal: Abdominal pain, stomach discomfort, loss of appetite, nausea/vomiting, abdominal bloating, heartburn, mouth sores, or indigestion
- Cardiovascular: Rise in blood pressure, or palpitations
- Nervous system: Dizziness, headache, or numbness
- Urinary: Difficulty urinating, or blood in urine
- Other: Fever, facial flushing, anemia, general fatigue, or chest pain
- ✓Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist — bringing this package insert with you — if the following symptoms persist or worsen: dry mouth, constipation, diarrhea, or drowsiness.
- ✓Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist — bringing this package insert with you — if symptoms do not improve after 5–6 doses, especially if fever persists for 3 or more days or recurs.
- ✓Store in a cool, dry place away from high temperatures and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Do not transfer to another container (this can cause mistaken use or affect quality). Take care when storing and carrying so that the aluminum foil of the PTP sheet does not tear and the tablets inside are not broken. Do not use after the expiry date (printed on the outer box).
