Relief of cough and phlegm.
Active Ingredients (per 60mL)
Dextromethorphan hydrobromide hydrate 30mg
dl-Methylephedrine hydrochloride 37.5mg
Guaifenesin 100mg
d-Chlorpheniramine maleate 3mg
Nandina domestica fruit extract 109mg (equivalent to 600mg crude herb)
Platycodon root extract 40mg (equivalent to 400mg crude herb)
Inactive Ingredients
Maltitol syrup, D-sorbitol, polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil, glycerin, parabens, sodium citrate hydrate, citric acid hydrate, acesulfame potassium, flavoring, vanillin, ethyl vanillin, propylene glycol, ethanol
Instructions for Use
- ✓Take after meals, 3 times daily. If needed, also take at bedtime. When necessary, up to 6 doses daily may be taken, with about 4 hours between doses.

- ✓Children should take under adult supervision.
- ✓For infants under 2 years: seek medical attention first; give this medicine only when unavoidable.
- ✓Follow the recommended dosage strictly.
- ✕Do not use if you have had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients.
- ✕Do not use together with other cough suppressant or expectorant medicines, cold medicines, sedatives, or antihistamine-containing oral medicines (rhinitis medicines, motion sickness medicines, allergy medicines, etc.).
- ✕Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking (may cause drowsiness).
- ⚠Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before use if you:
- (1) Are under medical treatment.
- (2) Are pregnant or possibly pregnant.
- (3) Are breastfeeding.
- (4) Are elderly.
- (5) Have had allergic reactions to medicines or other substances.
- (6) Have high fever or difficulty urinating.
- (7) Have been diagnosed with heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, glaucoma, or thyroid dysfunction.
- ✓Stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson, bringing this package insert with you, if any of the following occur after taking:
- Skin: rash, redness, itching
- Digestive system: nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite
- Nervous system: dizziness
- Respiratory: difficulty breathing, shortness of breath
- Urinary: difficulty urinating
- ✓Seek immediate medical attention if you experience any of the following serious side effects:
- Anaphylactic shock: shortly after taking, itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, or clouded consciousness
- Aplastic anemia: bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, fever, pale skin or mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, feeling unwell and lightheaded, or blood in urine
- Agranulocytosis: sudden high fever, chills, or sore throat
- ✓If the following symptoms persist or worsen after taking, stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson: dry mouth, drowsiness.
- ✓If symptoms do not improve after 5–6 doses, stop and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson, bringing this package insert with you.
- ✓Store tightly closed in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Do not transfer to another container. Wash the measuring cup thoroughly with water after each use and store it clean with the medicine. After each use, wipe around the bottle opening and tighten the cap securely. Do not use after the expiry date. If the cap is difficult to open, soak only the cap in water at 50–60°C for 2–3 minutes.

Additional Information
Strawberry-flavored syrup for infants and children aged 3 months to under 11 years. Sugar-free, caffeine-free, and contains no codeine. Contains Nandina domestica fruit and Platycodon root extracts. Supplied in a plastic bottle with a child-resistant safety cap. Although this is a children's medicine, the package insert also includes precautions for adults as required for cough suppressant and expectorant medicines.
Because this medicine contains herbal ingredients, sediment may rarely form; this does not affect its effectiveness. Shake well before use.
