Orally disintegrating tablets 24 tablets (grapefruit flavor)

Indication

Diarrhea with abdominal pain, diarrhea, diarrhea due to indigestion, food and water poisoning, diarrhea with vomiting, loose bowels, and loose stools

Active Ingredients (per 1 tablet (single dose))

Powdered Scopolia extract (equivalent to 20 mg Scopolia extract) 60 mg
Berberine tannate 100 mg

Inactive Ingredients

D-mannitol, cellulose, crospovidone, cornstarch, gum Arabic, magnesium stearate, aspartame (L-phenylalanine compound), l-menthol, flavoring

Instructions for Use

  • Chew or dissolve in the mouth. May be taken without water.

Adults (15 years and older) 1 tablet Up to 3 times a day (at least 4 hours apart)
Under 15 years Do not use
  • When removing tablets from the PTP sheet, press the convex side firmly to break the foil on the back. Do not swallow the PTP sheet, as it may puncture the esophageal lining and cause serious injury.
  • Do not use any of the following medicines while taking this product: antispasmodic stomach medicines, other gastrointestinal medicines containing Scopolia extract, or motion sickness medicines.
  • Do not drive or operate machinery after taking this product (may cause blurred vision or abnormal sensitivity to light).
  • If breastfeeding, do not take this product, or avoid breastfeeding while taking it (the active ingredient may pass into breast milk and increase the infant's heart rate).
  • Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before use if you:
  • (1) Are under the care of a physician.
  • (2) Have diarrhea with fever, bloody stools, or persistent mucus in stools.
  • (3) Have severe acute diarrhea, or diarrhea accompanied by abdominal pain, bloating, or nausea. (Forcibly stopping diarrhea with this medicine may worsen the underlying condition.)
  • (4) Are pregnant or may be pregnant.
  • (5) Are elderly.
  • (6) Have ever had an allergic reaction to a medicine.
  • (7) Have difficulty urinating.
  • (8) Have been diagnosed with heart disease or glaucoma.
  • Stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson — bringing this package insert with you — if any of the following symptoms appear after taking this product, as they may be side effects:
  • Skin: Rash, redness, or itching
  • Nervous system: Headache
  • Urinary: Difficulty urinating
  • Other: Flushing of the face, or abnormal sensitivity to light
  • Stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson if the following symptoms persist or worsen: dry mouth or blurred vision.
  • Stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson if symptoms do not improve after 5 to 6 days.

Additional Information

Note: This product may reduce breast milk production.
Note: The tablets are yellow due to the berberine tannate ingredient — no artificial coloring is used.
