Cold medicine - strawberry-flavored chewable tablets for children aged 5 to 14 years
Chewable tablets
Relief of cold symptoms: runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain.
Active Ingredients (per 12 tablets)
Acetaminophen 600mg
d-Chlorpheniramine maleate 2.3mg
dl-Methylephedrine hydrochloride 40mg
Noscapine 32mg
Inactive Ingredients
Acesulfame potassium, talc, erythritol, D-mannitol, hydroxypropyl cellulose, aspartame (L-phenylalanine compound), ferric oxide, flavoring (including partially hydrolyzed starch, propylene glycol, glycerin, ethanol, vanillin, ethyl vanillin, and l-menthol), and 2 other ingredients
Instructions for Use
- ✓Take within 30 minutes after a meal if possible. Chew the tablets or allow them to dissolve in the mouth.

- ✓Follow the recommended dosage strictly.
- ✓Children should take under adult supervision.
- ✓To remove a tablet, press the raised part of the PTP blister sheet firmly with the pad of your finger to break the aluminum backing. Do not swallow the tablet while it is still in the blister sheet, as the sheet may pierce the esophageal lining and cause serious injury.
- ✓These tablets break easily. Do not use your fingernail when pressing them out of the blister. A round piece of aluminum foil may come away with a tablet; do not swallow it.
- ✓A broken or chipped tablet remains effective. Take all fragments and use a tablet promptly after removing it from the blister.
- ✓The tablets may also be taken with water.
- ✕Do not use if you have had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients.
- ✕Do not use if you have had asthma triggered by this product, another cold medicine, or a pain reliever/fever reducer.
- ✕Do not take together with other cold medicines, pain relievers/fever reducers, sedatives, cough suppressants/expectorants, or antihistamine-containing oral medicines such as rhinitis medicines, motion sickness medicines, or allergy medicines.
- ✕Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this medicine, as drowsiness may occur.
- ✕Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this medicine.
- ✕Do not take more than the recommended dose or use long-term.
- ✓Seek immediate medical attention if any of the following serious side effects occur:
- • Shock (anaphylaxis): Itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, itchy throat, difficulty breathing, palpitations, or clouded consciousness shortly after taking
- • Stevens-Johnson syndrome / toxic epidermal necrolysis / acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis: High fever, eye redness, eye discharge, lip sores, sore throat, widespread skin rash or redness, small pustules on reddened skin, general malaise, or loss of appetite that persists or rapidly worsens
- • Drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome: Widespread skin redness, generalized rash, fever, general malaise, or swollen lymph nodes in the neck, armpits, or groin
- • Liver dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes), dark urine, general malaise, or loss of appetite
- • Interstitial pneumonia: Shortness of breath when climbing stairs or with slight exertion, difficulty breathing, dry cough, or fever that appears suddenly or persists
- • Asthma: Wheezing or whistling when breathing, or difficulty breathing
- • Kidney disorder: Fever, rash, decreased urination, swelling throughout the body, general malaise, joint pain, or diarrhea
- • Aplastic anemia: Bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, fever, pale skin or mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, feeling unwell and lightheaded, or blood in the urine
- • Agranulocytosis: Sudden high fever, chills, or sore throat
- ⚠Consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before use if you:
- (1) Are under medical or dental treatment.
- (2) Are pregnant or possibly pregnant.
- (3) Are breastfeeding.
- (4) Are elderly.
- (5) Have had allergic reactions to medicines or other substances.
- (6) Have high fever or difficulty urinating.
- (7) Have been diagnosed with thyroid dysfunction, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, liver disease, kidney disease, gastric or duodenal ulcers, or glaucoma.
- ✓Stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson, bringing this package insert with you, if any of the following occur after taking:
- Skin: Rash, redness, itching
- Digestive system: Nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite
- Nervous system: Dizziness
- Urinary: Difficulty urinating
- Other: Excessive drop in body temperature
- ✓If dry mouth or drowsiness persists or worsens after taking, stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson.
- ✓If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 doses, stop and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson, bringing this package insert with you.
- ✓Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Do not transfer to another container. Do not use after the expiry date.
