Indication

Relief of headache, menstrual pain, toothache, neuralgia, lower back pain, traumatic pain, post-extraction pain, sore throat, earache, joint pain, muscle pain, shoulder stiffness pain, bruising pain, fracture pain, and sprain pain; and reduction of fever and chills

Active Ingredients (per 1 packet (1 g))

Isopropylantipyrine (IPA) 150 mg
Acetaminophen 250 mg
Allylisopropylacetylurea 60 mg
Anhydrous caffeine 50 mg

Inactive Ingredients

Lactose hydrate, hydroxypropyl cellulose, methylcellulose, hydrated silicon dioxide

Instructions for Use

  • โœ“Try to avoid taking on an empty stomach. Take with water or lukewarm water. Allow at least 4 hours between doses.

  • โœ“Follow the recommended dosage strictly.
  • โœ•Do not use this product if you:
  • (1) Have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients.
  • (2) Have ever had asthma after taking this product, another pain reliever/fever reducer, or a cold medicine.
  • โœ•Do not take any of the following medicines while taking this product: other pain relievers/fever reducers, cold medicines, sedatives, or motion sickness medicines.
  • โœ•Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this product (drowsiness may occur).
  • โœ•Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this product.
  • โœ•Do not take this product for a long time.
  • โœ“Seek immediate medical attention if any of the following serious symptoms appear:
  • โ€ข Shock (anaphylaxis): Itching of skin, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, itchy throat, difficulty breathing, palpitations, or clouded consciousness immediately after taking it.
  • โ€ข Stevens-Johnson syndrome / toxic epidermal necrolysis / acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis: High fever, redness of eyes, eye discharge, sores on lips, sore throat, widespread rash or redness on skin, small blisters (pustules) on reddened skin, general fatigue, or loss of appetite that persists or rapidly worsens.
  • โ€ข Drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome: Widespread redness of the skin, rash over the whole body, fever, general fatigue, or swelling of lymph nodes (neck, armpits, groin).
  • โ€ข Liver disorder: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes), dark urine, general fatigue, or loss of appetite.
  • โ€ข Kidney disorder: Fever, rash, decreased urine output, swelling throughout the body, general fatigue, joint pain, or diarrhea.
  • โ€ข Interstitial pneumonia: Shortness of breath with climbing stairs or slight exertion, dry cough, or fever that appears suddenly or persists.
  • โ€ข Asthma: Wheezing or whistling breath sounds, or difficulty breathing.
  • โš Consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before use if you:
  • (1) Are under treatment by a doctor or dentist.
  • (2) Are pregnant or possibly pregnant.
  • (3) Are elderly.
  • (4) Have ever had an allergic reaction to a medicine or other substance.
  • (5) Have been diagnosed with heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, or gastric or duodenal ulcer.
  • โœ“Stop use immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson โ€” bringing this package insert with you โ€” if any of the following appear after taking this product, as they may be side effects:
  • Skin: Rash, redness, or itching
  • Gastrointestinal: Nausea/vomiting, or loss of appetite
  • Nervous system: Dizziness
  • Other: Excessive drop in body temperature
  • โœ“Stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson โ€” bringing this package insert with you โ€” if drowsiness persists or gets worse.
  • โœ“If symptoms do not improve after 5โ€“6 doses, stop and consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered salesperson, bringing this package insert with you.
  • โœ“Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Do not transfer to another container (this can cause mistaken use or affect quality). Do not use after the expiry date.
