Indication
Relief of symptoms caused by acute rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, or sinusitis: sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, watery eyes, sore throat, and head heaviness.
Active Ingredients (per 6 tablets (daily dose))
d-Chlorpheniramine maleate 6mg
Belladonna total alkaloids 0.4mg
Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 150mg
Anhydrous caffeine 120mg
Dipotassium glycyrrhizinate 40mg
Inactive Ingredients
Lactose hydrate, hydroxypropylcellulose, anhydrous silicic acid, magnesium stearate
Instructions for Use
- ✓Take with water or lukewarm water. Do not chew. Take at least 4 hours apart.

- ✓Children should take under adult supervision.
- ✓To remove tablets: press firmly on the raised side of the PTP blister pack to break the foil backing and pop the tablet out. Do not swallow the tablet while still in the sheet — this can cause injury to the esophagus.
- ✓Stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson, bringing this package insert with you, if symptoms do not improve after 5–6 days.
- ✕Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking — may cause drowsiness, blurred vision, or abnormal sensitivity to light.
- ✕Do not use long-term or exceed the stated dose.
- ✕Do not take if you have had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients.
- ✕Do not take if you have difficulty urinating due to enlarged prostate.
- ✕Do not take if you have been diagnosed with high blood pressure, heart disease, thyroid disorder, or diabetes.
- ✕Do not use together with other rhinitis oral medicines, antihistamine-containing oral medicines (cold medicines, antitussives, motion sickness medicines, allergy medicines), or GI antispasmodics.
- ⚠Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before use if you:
- (1) Are under medical treatment.
- (2) Are pregnant or possibly pregnant.
- (3) Are breastfeeding.
- (4) Are elderly.
- (5) Have had allergic reactions to medicines.
- (6) Have experienced insomnia, dizziness, weakness, tremors, or palpitations from cold, antitussive, or rhinitis medicines.
- (7) Have high fever or difficulty urinating.
- (8) Have been diagnosed with glaucoma or kidney disease.
- (9) Are being treated with an MAO inhibitor (e.g., selegiline hydrochloride).
- ✓Stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson if any of the following occur:
- Skin: rash, redness, itching
- GI: nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite
- CNS: dizziness, insomnia, nervousness, headache, convulsions
- Urinary: difficulty urinating
- Other: facial flushing, abnormal sensitivity to light
- ✓Seek immediate medical attention if you experience any of the following serious side effects:
- Anaphylactic shock: sudden itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, or loss of consciousness shortly after taking
- Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP): high fever, widespread rash and redness, small pustules on reddened skin, general malaise, or loss of appetite that persists or worsens rapidly
- Aplastic anemia: bruising, nosebleeds, gum bleeding, fever, pale skin or mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, dizziness, or blood in urine
- Agranulocytosis: sudden high fever, chills, sore throat
- ✓Monitor and consult if persistent: dry mouth, drowsiness, constipation, blurred vision.
