Indication

Relief of pharyngitis and tonsillitis (sore throat and throat swelling), and stomatitis (mouth sores).

Active Ingredients (per 6 tablets (daily dose))

Tranexamic acid 750mg
Licorice root extract 198mg (equivalent to 990mg crude drug)
Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B₆) 50mg
Riboflavin (Vitamin B₂) 12mg
Sodium L-ascorbate (Vitamin C) 500mg

Inactive Ingredients

Cellulose, anhydrous silicic acid, hydroxypropylcellulose, corn starch, croscarmellose sodium, talc, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, titanium oxide, macrogol, ferric oxide, carnauba wax

Instructions for Use

  • Take with water or lukewarm water. Can be taken before or after meals.
Age Dose per use Times per day
Adults (15 years and older) 2 tablets 3 times daily (morning, noon, and evening)
Children 7–14 years 1 tablet 3 times daily (morning, noon, and evening)
Under 7 years Do not use
  • Children should take under adult supervision.
  • To remove tablets: press firmly on the raised side of the PTP blister pack to break the foil backing and pop the tablet out. Do not swallow the tablet while still in the sheet — this can cause injury to the esophagus.
  • Stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson, bringing this package insert with you, if symptoms do not improve after 5–6 days.
  • Do not take the following medicines while using this product:
  • • (1) Medicines containing licorice (glycyrrhizin) — may cause edema, high blood pressure, or myopathy
  • • (2) Medicines containing tranexamic acid (rhinitis medicines, cold medicines, pain relievers, or cough medicines)
  • Do not use long-term.
  • Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before use if you:
  • (1) Are under medical treatment.
  • (2) Are pregnant or possibly pregnant.
  • (3) Are elderly.
  • (4) Have had allergic reactions to medicines.
  • (5) Have swelling (edema).
  • (6) Have been diagnosed with high blood pressure, heart disease, kidney disease, or blood clots (cerebral thrombosis, myocardial infarction, thrombophlebitis), or are at risk of thrombosis.
  • Stop use immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson, bringing this package insert with you, if any of the following occur:
  • Skin: rash, redness, itching
  • GI: nausea, vomiting, heartburn, loss or increase of appetite, stomach discomfort
  • CNS: dizziness
  • Urinary: frequent urination
  • Seek immediate medical attention if you experience any of the following serious side effects:
  • Pseudoaldosteronism and myopathy: fatigue, numbness, stiffness, or tightness in the limbs, along with weakness and muscle pain that gradually worsens
  • Stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson, bringing this package insert with you, if any of the following persist or worsen: diarrhea
