Antihistamine and nasal decongestant combination (rhinitis)
Capsules
Relief of symptoms caused by acute rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, or sinusitis: sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, watery eyes, sore throat, and head heaviness.
Active Ingredients (per 2 capsules)
Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 60mg
Carbinoxamine maleate 6mg
Belladonna total alkaloids 0.2mg
Anhydrous caffeine 50mg
Inactive Ingredients
Magnesium aluminometasilicate, sucrose, corn starch, hydroxypropylcellulose, magnesium stearate, cellulose, talc, ammonio alkyl methacrylate copolymer, stearyl alcohol, sorbitan trioleate, Yellow No. 5, gelatin, sodium lauryl sulfate
Instructions for Use
- ✓Take with water or lukewarm water. Take every 12 hours.

- ✓To remove capsules: press firmly on the raised side of the PTP blister pack to break the foil backing and pop the capsule out. Do not swallow the capsule while still in the sheet — this can cause injury to the esophagus.
- ✕Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking — may cause drowsiness, blurred vision, or abnormal sensitivity to light.
- ✕Do not use long-term. Do not exceed the stated dose.
- ✕Do not take if you have had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients.
- ✕Do not take if you have difficulty urinating due to enlarged prostate.
- ✕Do not take if you have been diagnosed with high blood pressure, heart disease, thyroid disorder, or diabetes.
- ✕Do not use together with other rhinitis oral medicines, antihistamine-containing oral medicines (cold medicines, antitussives, motion sickness medicines, allergy medicines), medicines containing pseudoephedrine, or GI antispasmodics.
- ⚠Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before use if you:
- (1) Are under medical treatment.
- (2) Are pregnant or possibly pregnant.
- (3) Are breastfeeding.
- (4) Are elderly.
- (5) Have had allergic reactions to medicines.
- (6) Have experienced insomnia, dizziness, weakness, tremors, or palpitations from cold medicine, antitussives, or rhinitis medicine.
- (7) Have high fever or difficulty urinating.
- (8) Have been diagnosed with glaucoma or kidney disease.
- (9) Are being treated with an MAO inhibitor (e.g., selegiline hydrochloride for Parkinson's disease).
- ✓Stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson if any of the following occur:
- Skin: rash, redness, itching
- GI: nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite
- CNS: dizziness, insomnia, nervousness, headache, convulsions
- Urinary: difficulty urinating
- Other: facial flushing, abnormal sensitivity to light
- ✓Seek immediate medical attention if you experience high fever, widespread rash and redness, small pustules on reddened skin, general malaise, or poor appetite that persists or worsens rapidly (may indicate acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis).
- ✓Monitor and consult if persistent: dry mouth, drowsiness, constipation, blurred vision.
- ✓Stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson, bringing this package insert with you, if symptoms do not improve after 5–6 days.
