Indication

Relief of cold symptoms: fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat, sneezing, phlegm, nasal congestion, chills, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain.

Active Ingredients (per 1 packet (0.96g))

Acetaminophen 150mg
Tipepidine hibenzate 12.5mg
Guaifenesin 25mg
Chlorpheniramine maleate 1.2mg

Inactive Ingredients

Anhydrous silicic acid, corn starch, sucrose, D-mannitol, aspartame (L-phenylalanine compound), acesulfame potassium, sucralose, hydroxypropylcellulose, Red No. 3, magnesium stearate, flavoring, vanillin, ethyl vanillin

Instructions for Use

  • Take within 30 minutes after a meal if possible, with water or lukewarm water.

Children 7–10 years 1 packet 3 times daily
Children 3–6 years 2/3 packet 3 times daily
Children 1–2 years 1/2 packet 3 times daily
Under 1 year Do not use
  • Follow the recommended dosage strictly.
  • Children should take under adult supervision.
  • For children under 2 years: seek medical attention first; give this medicine only when unavoidable.
  • If symptoms do not improve after 5–6 doses, stop and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson, bringing this package insert with you.
  • Do not use if you have had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients.
  • Do not use if you have had asthma triggered by this product, other cold medicines, or analgesics/antipyretics.
  • Do not use together with other cold medicines, analgesics/antipyretics, sedatives, antitussives/expectorants, or antihistamine-containing oral medicines (rhinitis medicines, motion sickness medicines, allergy medicines, etc.).
  • Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking (may cause drowsiness).
  • Do not drink alcohol before or after taking.
  • Do not use long-term.
  • Consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before use if you:
  • (1) Are under medical or dental treatment.
  • (2) Are pregnant or possibly pregnant.
  • (3) Have had allergic reactions to medicines or other substances.
  • (4) Have high fever or difficulty urinating.
  • (5) Have been diagnosed with heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, gastric or duodenal ulcers, or glaucoma.
  • Stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson, bringing this package insert with you, if any of the following occur after taking:
  • Skin: rash, redness, itching
  • GI: nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite
  • CNS: dizziness
  • Urinary: difficulty urinating
  • Other: excessive drop in body temperature
  • Seek immediate medical attention if you experience any of the following serious side effects:
  • Anaphylactic shock: sudden itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, or clouded consciousness shortly after taking
  • Stevens-Johnson syndrome / Toxic epidermal necrolysis / Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis: high fever, eye redness, eye discharge, lip sores, sore throat, widespread skin rash or redness, small pustules on reddened skin, general malaise, or loss of appetite that persists or suddenly worsens
  • Drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome: widespread skin redness, generalized rash, fever, malaise, or swelling of lymph nodes (neck, armpits, groin)
  • Liver dysfunction: fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin or eyes), dark urine, general malaise, loss of appetite
  • Kidney disorder: fever, rash, decreased urination, general swelling, general malaise, joint pain, diarrhea
  • Interstitial pneumonia: shortness of breath on exertion, difficulty breathing, dry cough, or fever that appears suddenly or persists
  • Asthma: wheezing or hissing when breathing, difficulty breathing
  • Aplastic anemia: bruising, nosebleed, bleeding gums, fever, pale skin or mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, feeling faint, blood in urine
  • Agranulocytosis: sudden high fever, chills, sore throat
  • If the following symptoms persist or worsen after taking, stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson, bringing this package insert with you: dry mouth, drowsiness.
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Do not transfer to another container. If you save the remainder of a divided packet, fold the packet opening and use it within 2 days. Do not use after the expiry date.

Additional Information

Strawberry-flavored fine granules for children aged 1 to under 11 years. Caffeine-free, and contains no codeine-class ingredients or dl-methylephedrine hydrochloride. If your child has difficulty taking the granules, use a spoon to give them with a small amount of water.
