Indication

Relief of cold symptoms: sore throat, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, muscle pain, and phlegm.

Active Ingredients (per 4 tablets)

Acetaminophen 150 mg
Potassium guaiacolsulfonate 80 mg
Ophiopogon japonicus decoction dry extract 600 mg
(Ophiopogon japonicus root 533.3 mg, Licorice root 133.3 mg, Non-glutinous rice 666.7 mg, Jujube 200 mg, Asian ginseng root 133.3 mg, Pinellia tuber 333.3 mg)

Inactive Ingredients

Silicic anhydride, aluminum silicate, carmellose calcium, magnesium stearate, corn starch

Instructions for Use

  • Take within 30 minutes after a meal if possible, with water or lukewarm water.

Adults (15 years and older) 4 tablets 3 times daily
Under 15 years Do not use
  • Do not take if you have previously had an allergic reaction to this medicine or any of its ingredients.
  • Do not take if you have had asthma after taking this medicine, other cold medicines, or antipyretic-analgesic medicines.
  • Do not use together with other cold medicines, antipyretic-analgesic medicines, sedatives, or antitussive-expectorant medicines.
  • Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this medicine.
  • Do not use long-term.
  • Seek immediate medical attention if you experience any of the following serious symptoms:
  • Shock (anaphylaxis): Skin itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, or clouded consciousness shortly after taking.
  • Stevens-Johnson syndrome / toxic epidermal necrolysis / acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis: High fever, red eyes, eye discharge, lip sores, sore throat, widespread rash or redness, small pustules on reddened skin, general malaise, or loss of appetite that persists or rapidly worsens.
  • Drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome: Widespread skin redness, widespread rash, fever, general malaise, or swollen lymph nodes (neck, armpits, or groin).
  • Liver damage: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin or whites of eyes), dark urine, general malaise, or loss of appetite.
  • Kidney damage: Fever, rash, decreased urine output, general swelling, general malaise, joint pain, or diarrhea.
  • Interstitial pneumonia: Shortness of breath when climbing stairs or with exertion, dry cough, or fever that appears suddenly or persists.
  • Asthma: Wheezing or difficulty breathing.
  • Consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before use if you:
  • (1) Are under medical treatment from a doctor or dentist.
  • (2) Are pregnant or possibly pregnant.
  • (3) Have previously had an allergic reaction to any medicine.
  • (4) Have a high fever.
  • (5) Have been diagnosed with heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, or stomach/duodenal ulcer.
  • Stop taking and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson immediately, bringing this package insert with you, if you notice any of the following:
  • Skin: Rash, redness, itching
  • Digestive: Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite
  • Neurological: Dizziness
  • Other: Excessive drop in body temperature
  • If symptoms do not improve after 5–6 doses, stop and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson, bringing this package insert with you.
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Do not transfer to another container. Do not use after the expiry date. Even within the expiry date, use as soon as possible after opening.

Additional Information

Do not return tablets to the bottle after touching them with wet hands, as this may cause discoloration or affect quality.
This medicine contains natural herbal ingredients, so the color of the tablets may vary slightly between products. This does not affect efficacy.
