Indication

Relief of menstrual pain, headache, lower back pain, toothache, sore throat, joint pain, muscle pain, neuralgia, shoulder pain, post-extraction pain, bruising pain, earache, fracture pain, sprain pain, and traumatic pain. Also for fever and chills.

Active Ingredients (per 2 tablets)

Ibuprofen 150mg
Allylisopropylacetylurea 60mg
Anhydrous caffeine 80mg

Inactive Ingredients

Anhydrous silicic acid, hydroxypropylcellulose, croscarmellose sodium, cellulose, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, titanium oxide, talc, macrogol, carnauba wax

Instructions for Use

  • Take with water or lukewarm water. Try to avoid taking on an empty stomach. Leave at least 4 hours between doses.

  • Follow the recommended dosage strictly.
  • To remove a tablet: press firmly on the raised bump of the blister pack to break through the foil backing, then take the tablet out. Do not swallow the tablet while still inside the blister sheet — it may pierce the esophageal lining and cause serious injury.
  • Do not use if you have had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients.
  • Do not use if you have had asthma triggered by this product, other analgesics/antipyretics, or cold medicines.
  • Do not use if under 15 years of age.
  • Do not use if you are within 12 weeks of your expected delivery date.
  • Do not take together with other analgesics/antipyretics, cold medicines, sedatives, or motion sickness medicines.
  • Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking (may cause drowsiness).
  • Do not drink alcohol before or after taking.
  • Do not use long-term.
  • Consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before use if you:
  • (1) Are under medical or dental treatment.
  • (2) Are pregnant or possibly pregnant.
  • (3) Are breastfeeding.
  • (4) Are elderly.
  • (5) Have had allergic reactions to medicines or other substances.
  • (6) Have been diagnosed with heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, systemic lupus erythematosus, or mixed connective tissue disease.
  • (7) Have had gastric or duodenal ulcers, ulcerative colitis, or Crohn's disease.
  • Stop use immediately and consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered salesperson, bringing this package insert with you, if any of the following serious side effects occur:
  • Anaphylactic shock: itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, or loss of consciousness shortly after taking
  • Stevens-Johnson syndrome / Toxic epidermal necrolysis: high fever, eye redness, lip sores, sore throat, widespread skin rash or redness that persists or suddenly worsens
  • Liver dysfunction: fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin or eyes), dark urine, general malaise, loss of appetite
  • Kidney disorder: fever, rash, decreased urination, general swelling, general malaise, joint pain, diarrhea
  • Aseptic meningitis: severe headache with neck stiffness, fever, nausea, vomiting (especially in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease)
  • Myocardial infarction: crushing chest pain, difficulty breathing, cold sweat
  • Cerebrovascular disorder: sudden loss of consciousness, weakness or numbness on one side, headache, vomiting, dizziness, slurred speech
  • Asthma: wheezing or hissing when breathing, difficulty breathing
  • Aplastic anemia: bruising, nosebleed, gum bleeding, fever, pale skin or mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, dizziness, blood in urine
  • Agranulocytosis: sudden high fever, chills, sore throat
  • Stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson, bringing this package insert with you, if any of the following occur after taking:
  • Skin: rash, redness, itching, bruising
  • GI: nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite, stomach discomfort, stomach pain, mouth sores, heartburn, stomach heaviness, GI bleeding, abdominal pain, diarrhea, blood in stool
  • CNS: dizziness
  • Cardiovascular: palpitations
  • Respiratory: shortness of breath
  • Other: blurred vision, tinnitus, swelling, nosebleed, gum bleeding, difficulty stopping bleeding, bleeding, back pain, excessive drop in body temperature, general malaise
  • If the following symptoms persist or worsen after taking, stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson, bringing this package insert with you: constipation, drowsiness.
  • If symptoms do not improve after 5–6 doses, stop and consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered salesperson, bringing this package insert with you.
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Do not transfer to another container. Do not use after the expiry date.
