Instructions for Use
- โMeasure using the included measuring cup. If necessary, you may take up to 6 doses per day, about 4 hours apart.

- โFollow the stated dosage strictly. Within that range, use the fewest doses and the shortest duration possible.
- โIf you have taken more than the stated dose, consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson immediately.
- โDo not use this product if:
- (1) You have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients.
- (2) You have a lung infection, severe asthma, or a severe respiratory disease.
- (3) You are taking, or have taken within the past 2 weeks, a monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitor (such as selegiline hydrochloride).
- โDo not use any of the following medicines while taking this product: other cough and phlegm medicines, cold medicines, sedatives, or oral medicines containing antihistamines (such as medicines for rhinitis, motion sickness, or allergies).
- โDo not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this product (drowsiness may occur).
- โDo not drink alcohol before or after taking this product, if at all possible.
- โDo not take more than the recommended dose.
- โSeek immediate medical attention if any of the following serious symptoms appear:
- โข Shock (anaphylaxis): Itching of skin, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, itchy throat, difficulty breathing, palpitations, or clouded consciousness immediately after use.
- โข Serotonin syndrome: Confusion, restlessness, sweating, trembling of the hands or body, uncontrolled movements of the arms or legs, or increased blood pressure after taking this product.
- โ Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before use if you:
- (1) Are under medical treatment.
- (2) Are pregnant or possibly pregnant.
- (3) Are breastfeeding.
- (4) Have ever had an allergic reaction to a medicine.
- (5) Have a high fever.
- (6) Have a chronic or persistent cough, or a cough with excessive phlegm.
- (7) Have been diagnosed with liver disease, kidney disease, or CYP2D6 poor metabolizer status (weak activity of a liver enzyme that breaks down medicines).
- (8) Are taking an antidepressant with serotonergic action, such as an SSRI (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor) or a tricyclic antidepressant.
- (9) Have ever abused drugs or other substances.
- โStop use immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson โ bringing this package insert with you โ if any of the following symptoms appear after taking this product, as they may be side effects:
- Skin: Rash, redness, or itching
- Gastrointestinal: Nausea/vomiting, or loss of appetite
- Nervous system: Dizziness
- Respiratory: Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
- โStop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson โ bringing this package insert with you โ if the following symptom persists or worsens: drowsiness.

- โStore in a cool place away from direct sunlight, with the cap tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children. Do not transfer to another container (this can cause mistaken use or affect quality). Do not use after the expiry date (printed on the outer box).

Additional Information
Contains no codeine and no caffeine. The only active ingredients are dextromethorphan and guaifenesin.
Dextromethorphan hydrobromide hydrate acts directly on the cough center to calm the cough.
Guaifenesin makes phlegm easier to bring up.
One 10 mL dose contains 10 mg of dextromethorphan hydrobromide hydrate and 50 mg of guaifenesin.
Honey-lemon flavor, easy to drink.
