Additional Information
Contains no codeine. The only active ingredients are dextromethorphan and diprophylline.
Dextromethorphan hydrobromide hydrate calms the cough. It is not a narcotic, so it is not habit-forming.
Diprophylline widens contracted bronchial tubes, which calms the cough and makes phlegm easier to bring up.
One capsule contains 30 mg of dextromethorphan hydrobromide hydrate and 100 mg of diprophylline.
Fast-dissolving outer layers coat slow-release granules inside each capsule, so one capsule works for about 12 hours.
