Indication

Relief of the following symptoms caused by acute rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, or sinusitis: sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, watery eyes, sore throat, and head heaviness

Active Ingredients (per 3 capsules (daily dose))

Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 105 mg
d-Chlorpheniramine maleate 4.5 mg
Belladonna total alkaloids 0.4 mg
Anhydrous caffeine 120 mg
Asiasarum root dry extract 30 mg (equivalent to 300 mg of crude drug)

Inactive Ingredients

Potato starch, lactose, cellulose, magnesium stearate, Blue No. 1, Red No. 3, sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium bisulfite, gelatin

Instructions for Use

  • Take within 30 minutes after meals with water or lukewarm water.

Under 15 years Do not use
  • Do not use this product if:
  • (1) You have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients.
  • (2) You have difficulty urinating due to prostatic hypertrophy.
  • (3) You have been diagnosed with heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, or thyroid disease.
  • Do not use any of the following medicines while taking this product: other rhinitis medicines, or oral medicines containing antihistamines (such as cold medicines, cough and phlegm medicines, motion sickness medicines, or allergy medicines).
  • Do not drive or operate machinery after taking this product (drowsiness, blurred vision, or abnormal glare/light sensitivity may occur).
  • Do not take more than the recommended dose or use for an extended period.
  • Seek immediate medical attention if any of the following serious symptoms appear:
  • • Shock (anaphylaxis): Itching of skin, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, itchy throat, difficulty breathing, palpitations, or clouding of consciousness immediately after use.
  • • Aplastic anemia: Bruising, nosebleed, bleeding gums, fever, pale skin or mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, feeling faint or unsteady, or blood in urine.
  • • Agranulocytosis: Sudden high fever, chills, or sore throat.
  • • Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis: High fever, widespread rash or redness on skin, small blisters on reddened skin, general fatigue, or loss of appetite that persists or rapidly worsens.
  • Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before use if you:
  • (1) Are under the care of a physician or dentist.
  • (2) Are pregnant or may be pregnant.
  • (3) Are breastfeeding.
  • (4) Are elderly.
  • (5) Have ever had an allergic reaction to a medicine.
  • (6) Have experienced insomnia, dizziness, weakness, tremors, or palpitations after taking a cold medicine, cough or phlegm medicine, or rhinitis medicine.
  • (7) Have any of the following symptoms: difficulty urinating, or frequent urination.
  • (8) Have been diagnosed with glaucoma or kidney disease.
  • (9) Are being treated with a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (such as selegiline hydrochloride).
  • Stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson — bringing this package insert with you — if any of the following symptoms appear after taking this product, as they may be side effects:
  • Skin: Rash or itching
  • Gastrointestinal: Nausea/vomiting, or loss of appetite
  • Nervous system: Dizziness, insomnia, nervousness, headache, or convulsions
  • Urinary: Difficulty urinating
  • Other: Facial flushing, or abnormal glare/light sensitivity
  • Stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson if the following symptoms persist or worsen: dry mouth, drowsiness, constipation, or blurred vision.
  • Stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson — bringing this package insert with you — if symptoms do not improve after 5 to 6 days.
