Non-drowsy analgesic and antipyretic — acetaminophen tablets for adults and children aged 7 and older

Indication

Relief of pain: headache, menstrual pain, toothache, post-extraction pain, lower back pain, shoulder pain, muscle pain, joint pain, bruise pain, sprain pain, fracture pain, traumatic pain, neuralgia, sore throat, and earache. Also for fever and chills.

Active Ingredients (per 2 tablets)

Acetaminophen 300mg
Glycine 300mg
Thiamine nitrate (Vitamin B₁) 8mg
Riboflavin (Vitamin B₂) 4mg

Inactive Ingredients

Anhydrous silicic acid, cellulose, magnesium aluminometasilicate, hydroxypropylcellulose, sodium starch glycolate, magnesium stearate

Instructions for Use

  • Take with water or lukewarm water. Try to avoid taking on an empty stomach. Leave at least 4 hours between doses.

  • Follow the recommended dosage strictly.
  • Children should take under adult supervision.
  • To remove a tablet: press firmly on the raised bump of the blister pack to break through the foil backing, then take the tablet out. Do not swallow the tablet while still inside the blister sheet — it may pierce the esophageal lining and cause serious injury.
  • Do not use if you have had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients.
  • Do not use if you have had asthma triggered by this product, other analgesics/antipyretics, or cold medicines.
  • Do not use together with other analgesics/antipyretics, cold medicines, or sedatives.
  • Do not drink alcohol before or after taking.
  • Do not use long-term.
  • Consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before use if you:
  • (1) Are under medical or dental treatment.
  • (2) Are pregnant or possibly pregnant.
  • (3) Are elderly.
  • (4) Have had allergic reactions to medicines or other substances.
  • (5) Have been diagnosed with heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, or gastric or duodenal ulcers.
  • Stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson, bringing this package insert with you, if any of the following occur after taking:
  • Skin: rash, redness, itching
  • GI: nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite
  • CNS: dizziness
  • Other: excessive drop in body temperature
  • Seek immediate medical attention if you experience any of the following serious side effects:
  • Anaphylactic shock: sudden itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, or loss of consciousness shortly after taking
  • Stevens-Johnson syndrome / Toxic epidermal necrolysis / Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis: high fever, eye redness, eye discharge, lip sores, sore throat, widespread skin rash or redness, small pustules on reddened skin, general malaise, or loss of appetite that persists or suddenly worsens
  • Drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome: widespread skin redness, generalized rash, fever, general malaise, or swelling of lymph nodes (neck, armpits, groin)
  • Liver dysfunction: fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin or eyes), dark urine, general malaise, loss of appetite
  • Kidney disorder: fever, rash, decreased urination, general swelling, general malaise, joint pain, diarrhea
  • Interstitial pneumonia: shortness of breath on exertion, difficulty breathing, dry cough, or fever that appears suddenly or persists
  • Asthma: wheezing or hissing when breathing, difficulty breathing
  • If symptoms do not improve after 5–6 doses, stop and consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered salesperson, bringing this package insert with you.
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Do not transfer to another container. Do not use after the expiry date. Even within the expiry date, use within 6 months of opening.

Additional Information

Your urine may turn yellow while taking this product. This is caused by riboflavin (Vitamin B₂) and is not a cause for concern.
Tablets may show red spots from riboflavin (Vitamin B₂) — this does not affect efficacy.
