Analgesic and antipyretic (ibuprofen + ethenzamide)
Tablets 24 tablets
Relief of headache, menstrual pain, toothache, post-extraction pain, lower back pain, shoulder stiffness, muscle pain, joint pain, bruise pain, sprain pain, fracture pain, traumatic pain, neuralgia, sore throat, and ear pain. Relief of chills and fever.

Instructions for Use
- ✓Try to avoid taking on an empty stomach. Take with water or lukewarm water. Allow at least 4 hours between doses.

- ✓To remove tablets from the PTP sheet, press firmly on the raised side of the sheet to break through the aluminum foil on the back, then take out the tablet. Do not swallow the PTP sheet, as it may puncture the esophageal lining and cause serious injury.
- ✕Do not use this product if you:
- (1) Have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients.
- (2) Have ever experienced asthma after taking this product, another pain reliever/fever reducer, or a cold medicine.
- (3) Are under 15 years of age.
- (4) Are within 12 weeks of your expected delivery date.
- ✕Do not use any of the following medicines while taking this product: other pain relievers/fever reducers, cold medicines, or sedatives.
- ✕Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this product.
- ✕Do not use for an extended period.
- ✓Seek immediate medical attention if any of the following serious symptoms appear:
- • Shock (anaphylaxis): Itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, itchy throat, difficulty breathing, palpitations, or clouded consciousness shortly after use.
- • Stevens-Johnson syndrome / toxic epidermal necrolysis: High fever, redness of eyes, eye discharge, sores on lips, sore throat, or widespread rash or redness on skin — that persist or rapidly worsen.
- • Liver disorder: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes), dark urine, general fatigue, or loss of appetite.
- • Kidney disorder: Fever, rash, decreased urine output, swelling throughout the body, joint pain, or diarrhea.
- • Aseptic meningitis: Severe headache with stiff neck, fever, nausea, or vomiting. (Reported more frequently in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease.)
- • Myocardial infarction: Squeezing chest pain, difficulty breathing, or cold sweats.
- • Cerebrovascular disorder: Sudden decreased or loss of consciousness, weakness or inability to move one side of the body, headache, vomiting, dizziness, difficulty speaking, or inability to find words.
- • Asthma: Wheezing or whistling breath sounds, or difficulty breathing.
- • Aplastic anemia: Bruising, nosebleed, bleeding gums, fever, pallor of the skin or mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, increased tendency to feel unwell, or blood in urine.
- • Agranulocytosis: Sudden high fever, chills, or sore throat.
- ⚠Consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before use if you:
- (1) Are under medical treatment by a doctor or dentist.
- (2) Are pregnant or possibly pregnant.
- (3) Are breastfeeding.
- (4) Are elderly.
- (5) Have had allergic reactions to medicines or other substances.
- (6) Have been diagnosed with heart disease, liver disease, systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), or mixed connective tissue disease (MCTD).
- (7) Have had gastric or duodenal ulcer, ulcerative colitis, or Crohn's disease.
- ✓Stop use and consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered salesperson — bringing this package insert with you — if any of the following symptoms appear, as they may be side effects:
- Skin: Rash or redness, itching, bruising
- Gastrointestinal: Nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite, stomach discomfort, stomach pain, mouth sores, heartburn, stomach heaviness, gastrointestinal bleeding, abdominal pain, diarrhea, or bloody stool
- Nervous system: Dizziness
- Cardiovascular: Palpitations
- Respiratory: Shortness of breath
- Other: Blurred vision, ringing in the ears, swelling, nosebleed, bleeding gums, prolonged or unusual bleeding, back pain, excessive drop in body temperature, or fatigue
- ✓Stop use and consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered salesperson if the following symptom persists or worsens: constipation.
- ✓Stop use and consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered salesperson — bringing this package insert with you — if symptoms do not improve after 5 to 6 doses.
- ✓Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Do not transfer to another container. Do not use after the expiry date. Even within the expiry date, use within 6 months of opening.
Additional Information
Combines two analgesic/antipyretic ingredients with a stomach-protective ingredient. Contains ibuprofen (which reduces the source of pain) and ethenzamide (which reduces pain signal transmission), providing up to 1500 mg of ethenzamide per day for effective relief of persistent, recurring headaches. Dried aluminum hydroxide gel protects the stomach lining and helps prevent stomach irritation.
