Instructions for Use
- âTake within 30 minutes after a meal if possible, with water or lukewarm water.

- âFollow the recommended dosage strictly.
- âChildren aged 7 and older should take under adult supervision.
- âDo not use this product if:
- (1) You have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients.
- (2) You have ever experienced asthma after taking this product, another cold medicine, or a pain reliever/fever reducer.
- âDo not use any of the following medicines while taking this product: other cold medicines, pain relievers/fever reducers, sedatives, cough and phlegm medicines, oral medicines containing antihistamines (such as medicines for rhinitis, motion sickness, or allergies), gastrointestinal antispasmodics, or oral medicines containing tranexamic acid.
- âDo not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this product (drowsiness, blurred vision, or abnormal sensitivity to light may occur).
- âDo not drink alcohol before or after taking this product.
- âDo not use long-term.
- âDo not take more than the recommended dose.
- âSeek immediate medical attention if any of the following serious symptoms appear:
- ⢠Shock (anaphylaxis): Itching of skin, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, itchy throat, difficulty breathing, palpitations, or clouded consciousness immediately after use.
- ⢠Stevens-Johnson syndrome / toxic epidermal necrolysis / acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis: High fever, redness of eyes, eye discharge, sores on lips, sore throat, widespread rash or redness on skin, small blisters (pustules) on reddened skin, general fatigue, or loss of appetite that persists or rapidly worsens.
- ⢠Drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome: Widespread reddening of the skin, systemic rash, fever, general fatigue, or swelling of lymph nodes (neck, armpits, or groin).
- ⢠Liver disorder: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes), dark urine, general fatigue, or loss of appetite.
- ⢠Kidney disorder: Fever, rash, decreased urine output, swelling throughout the body, general fatigue, joint pain, or diarrhea.
- ⢠Interstitial pneumonia: Shortness of breath with climbing stairs or slight exertion, dry cough, fever, or other symptoms that appear suddenly or persist.
- ⢠Asthma: Wheezing or whistling breath sounds, or difficulty breathing.
- â Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before use if you:
- (1) Are under medical treatment.
- (2) Are pregnant or possibly pregnant.
- (3) Are breastfeeding.
- (4) Are elderly.
- (5) Have ever had an allergic reaction to a medicine.
- (6) Have any of the following symptoms: high fever, or difficulty urinating.
- (7) Have been diagnosed with thyroid disease, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, liver disease, kidney disease, gastric or duodenal ulcer, glaucoma, or blood clots (cerebral thrombosis, myocardial infarction, or thrombophlebitis), or are at risk of thrombosis.

- Skin: Rash, redness, or itching
- Gastrointestinal: Nausea/vomiting, heartburn, or loss of appetite
- Nervous system: Dizziness, agitation, convulsions, or headache
- Respiratory: Shortness of breath, or difficulty breathing
- Urinary: Difficulty urinating
- Other: Excessive drop in body temperature, facial flushing, or abnormal sensitivity to light
- âStop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson â bringing this package insert with you â if the following symptoms persist or worsen: diarrhea, constipation, dry mouth, drowsiness, or blurred vision.

- âStore in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with the cap tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children. Do not transfer to another container (this can cause mistaken use or affect quality). Do not handle the tablets with wet hands: moisture can partially dissolve the surface and cause discoloration or uneven color. Do not return wet tablets to the bottle, as this can affect the other tablets. The filler inside the bottle is there to protect the tablets from breaking during transport; discard it after opening. Do not use after the expiry date. Once opened, use within 12 months. Write the date you opened the bottle in the "opening date" box on the carton.

Additional Information
A multi-symptom cold medicine that covers all 11 symptoms. The whole family can take it (ages 7 and older).
Tranexamic acid (anti-inflammatory) and acetaminophen (fever reducer and pain reliever) work on sore throat and fever.
Clemastine fumarate (long-acting antihistamine) and belladonna total alkaloids (parasympathetic blocker) work together on runny nose and nasal congestion.
Bromhexine hydrochloride (expectorant) makes phlegm, one cause of coughing, easier to bring up.
Dextromethorphan hydrobromide hydrate (cough suppressant) and dl-methylephedrine hydrochloride (widens the airways) work on persistent cough.
Main amounts in one adult dose (3 tablets): acetaminophen 300 mg, tranexamic acid 250 mg, bromhexine hydrochloride 4 mg, dl-methylephedrine hydrochloride 20 mg, dextromethorphan hydrobromide hydrate 16 mg.
The sugar-coated tablets have no bitter taste, so they are easy to take even if you dislike taking medicine.
