Multi-symptom cold medicine (acetaminophen + ibuprofen)
Tablets 27 tablets
Relief of cold symptoms: sore throat, fever, cough, phlegm, runny nose, nasal congestion, headache, chills, sneezing, joint pain, and muscle pain.

Instructions for Use
- ✓Take within 30 minutes after a meal if possible, with water or lukewarm water.

- ✓To remove tablets from the PTP sheet, press firmly on the raised side of the sheet to break through the aluminum foil on the back, then take out the tablet. Do not swallow the PTP sheet, as it may puncture the esophageal lining and cause serious injury.
- ✕Do not use this product if you:
- (1) Have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients.
- (2) Have ever experienced asthma after taking this product, another cold medicine, or a pain reliever/fever reducer.
- (3) Are under 15 years of age.
- (4) Are within 12 weeks of your expected delivery date.
- ✕Do not use any of the following medicines while taking this product: other cold medicines, pain relievers/fever reducers, sedatives, cough and phlegm medicines, or oral medicines containing antihistamines (such as rhinitis medicines, motion sickness medicines, allergy medicines, or sleep aids); or oral medicines containing tranexamic acid.
- ✕Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this product (drowsiness may occur).
- ✓If you are breastfeeding, do not take this product. If you must take this product, avoid breastfeeding.
- ✕Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this product.
- ✕Do not exceed the recommended dose or take for more than 5 days.
- ✓Seek immediate medical attention if any of the following serious symptoms appear:
- • Shock (anaphylaxis): Itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, itchy throat, difficulty breathing, palpitations, or clouded consciousness shortly after use.
- • Stevens-Johnson syndrome / toxic epidermal necrolysis / acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis: High fever, redness of eyes, eye discharge, sore throat, widespread rash or redness on skin, small blisters on reddened skin, general fatigue, or loss of appetite — that persist or rapidly worsen.
- • Drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome: Wide-area skin redness, generalized rash, fever, general malaise, or swollen lymph nodes (neck, armpits, or groin).
- • Liver disorder: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes), dark urine, general fatigue, or loss of appetite.
- • Kidney disorder: Fever, rash, decreased urine output, swelling throughout the body, general fatigue, joint pain, or diarrhea.
- • Aseptic meningitis: Severe headache with stiff neck, fever, nausea, or vomiting. (Reported more frequently in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease.)
- • Myocardial infarction: Squeezing chest pain, difficulty breathing, or cold sweats.
- • Cerebrovascular disorder: Sudden decreased or loss of consciousness, weakness or inability to move one side of the body, headache, dizziness, difficulty speaking, or inability to find words.
- • Interstitial pneumonia: Shortness of breath with exertion, dry cough, fever, or symptoms that appear suddenly or persist.
- • Asthma: Wheezing or whistling breath sounds, or difficulty breathing.
- • Aplastic anemia: Bruising, nosebleed, bleeding gums, fever, pallor of the skin or mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, or blood in urine.
- • Agranulocytosis: Sudden high fever, chills, or sore throat.
- • Respiratory depression: Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing.
- ⚠Consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before use if you:
- (1) Are under medical treatment by a doctor or dentist.
- (2) Are pregnant or possibly pregnant.
- (3) Are elderly.
- (4) Have had allergic reactions to medicines or other substances.
- (5) Have any of the following symptoms: high fever, or difficulty urinating.
- (6) Have been diagnosed with thyroid disease, diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, liver disease, kidney disease, glaucoma, systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), mixed connective tissue disease (MCTD), thrombosis (cerebral thrombosis, myocardial infarction, or thrombophlebitis), or tendency toward blood clotting; or have respiratory impairment, obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, or obesity.
- (7) Have had gastric or duodenal ulcer, ulcerative colitis, or Crohn's disease.
- ✓Stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson — bringing this package insert with you — if any of the following symptoms appear, as they may be side effects:
- Skin: Rash or redness, itching, bruising
- Gastrointestinal: Nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite, stomach discomfort, stomach pain, mouth sores, heartburn, stomach heaviness, gastrointestinal bleeding, abdominal pain, diarrhea, or bloody stool
- Nervous system: Dizziness
- Cardiovascular: Palpitations
- Respiratory: Shortness of breath
- Urinary: Difficulty urinating
- Other: Blurred vision, ringing in the ears, swelling, nosebleed, bleeding gums, prolonged or unusual bleeding, back pain, excessive drop in body temperature, or fatigue
- ✓Stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson if the following symptoms persist or worsen: constipation, dry mouth, drowsiness.
- ✓Stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson — bringing this package insert with you — if symptoms do not improve after 5 to 6 doses, especially if fever persists for 3 or more days or recurs.
- ✓Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Do not transfer to another container. Do not use after the expiry date.
