Indication

Relief of cold symptoms: runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain.

Active Ingredients (per 48mL)

Acetaminophen 300mg
Chlorpheniramine maleate 2.5mg
dl-Methylephedrine hydrochloride 20mg

Inactive Ingredients

Xylitol, maltitol syrup, sodium chloride, citric acid, sodium citrate, saccharin sodium, sodium benzoate, parabens, propylene glycol, flavoring

Instructions for Use

  • Take after each meal, 3 times daily. If needed, also take at bedtime. Up to 6 doses daily may be taken, with about 4 hours between doses. Measure each dose using the included graduated cup.

  • Follow the recommended dosage strictly.
  • Children should take under adult supervision.
  • For infants under 2 years: seek medical attention first; give this medicine only when unavoidable.
  • Do not use if you have had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients.
  • Do not use if you have had asthma triggered by this product, other cold medicines, or analgesics/antipyretics.
  • Do not use together with other cold medicines, analgesics/antipyretics, sedatives, cough suppressant or expectorant medicines, or antihistamine-containing oral medicines (rhinitis medicines, motion sickness medicines, allergy medicines, etc.).
  • Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking (may cause drowsiness).
  • Do not drink alcohol before or after taking.
  • Do not take more than directed or use for a prolonged period.
  • Consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before use if you:
  • (1) Are under medical or dental treatment.
  • (2) Are pregnant or possibly pregnant.
  • (3) Are breastfeeding.
  • (4) Are elderly.
  • (5) Have had allergic reactions to medicines or other substances.
  • (6) Have high fever or difficulty urinating.
  • (7) Have been diagnosed with thyroid dysfunction, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, liver disease, kidney disease, gastric or duodenal ulcers, or glaucoma.
  • Stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson, bringing this package insert with you, if any of the following occur after taking:
  • Skin: rash, redness, itching
  • Digestive system: nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite
  • Nervous system: dizziness
  • Urinary: difficulty urinating
  • Other: excessive drop in body temperature
  • Seek immediate medical attention if you experience any of the following serious side effects:
  • Anaphylactic shock: shortly after taking, itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, or clouded consciousness
  • Stevens-Johnson syndrome / Toxic epidermal necrolysis / Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis: high fever, eye redness, eye discharge, lip sores, sore throat, widespread skin rash or redness, small pustules on reddened skin, general malaise, or loss of appetite; these symptoms may persist or suddenly worsen
  • Drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome: widespread skin redness, generalized rash, fever, malaise, or swelling of lymph nodes (neck, armpits, groin)
  • Liver dysfunction: fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes), dark urine, general malaise, or loss of appetite
  • Kidney disorder: fever, rash, decreased urination, general swelling, general malaise, joint pain, or diarrhea
  • Interstitial pneumonia: shortness of breath when climbing stairs or with slight exertion, difficulty breathing, dry cough, or fever; these symptoms may appear suddenly or persist
  • Asthma: wheezing or hissing when breathing, or difficulty breathing
  • Aplastic anemia: bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, fever, pale skin or mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, feeling unwell and lightheaded, or blood in urine
  • Agranulocytosis: sudden high fever, chills, or sore throat
  • If dry mouth or drowsiness persists or worsens after taking, stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson, bringing this package insert with you.
  • If symptoms do not improve after 5–6 doses, stop and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson, bringing this package insert with you.
  • Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Do not transfer to another container. Do not use after the expiry date. Once opened, do not store for an extended period. Wash the measuring cup thoroughly with water after each use and store it clean with the medicine. To open the safety cap, press it down firmly while turning it counterclockwise in the direction of the arrow. If the cap is difficult to open, soak only the cap in water at 50–60°C (122–140°F). After each use, wipe around the bottle opening and close the cap normally.
