Intestinal regulation (regulating bowel movements), soft stools, constipation, stomach and abdominal fullness, indigestion, heavy stomach feeling, weak stomach, loss of appetite, overeating, overdrinking, nausea, vomiting, heartburn, difficulty swallowing, stomach discomfort, stomach heaviness, gastric hyperacidity, burping, and stomachache

Bacillus natto powder 10 mg
Lactomin (lactic acid bacteria) 30 mg
Bifidobacterium 30 mg
Dimethylpolysiloxane 84.6 mg
Swertia herb powder 30 mg
Cinnamon bark powder 30 mg
Fennel powder 30 mg
Methylmethionine sulfonium chloride 30 mg
Precipitated calcium carbonate 300 mg
Magnesium hydroxide 300 mg

Instructions for Use

  • Take after meals with water or lukewarm water.
  • Children should take this medicine under parental supervision.

Adults (15 years and older) 3 tablets 3 times a day
8–14 years 2 tablets 3 times a day
5–7 years 1 tablet 3 times a day
Under 5 years Do not take
  • When first opening the bottle: remove and discard the cushioning material (plastic film) inside. (The cushioning prevents tablet breakage during shipping.)
  • Do not handle tablets with wet hands. If tablets get wet, discard them — moisture may affect the ingredients or intensify the smell.
  • The bottle itself acts as a desiccant — always close the cap tightly after each use.
  • Once opened, use within 6 months for best quality.
  • Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before taking this product if you:
  • (1) Are under the care of a physician.
  • (2) Have ever had an allergic reaction to a medicine or other product.
  • (3) Have been diagnosed with kidney disease or thyroid dysfunction.
  • (4) Are taking anticoagulants (warfarin).
  • Stop taking immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson — bringing this package insert with you — if any of the following symptoms appear after taking this product, as they may be side effects:
  • Skin: Rash, redness, or itching
  • Gastrointestinal: Abdominal fullness, abdominal pain, or nausea
  • Stop taking and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson — bringing this package insert with you — if the following symptoms appear after taking this product and persist or worsen:
  • Constipation or diarrhea
  • Stop taking and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson — bringing this package insert with you — if symptoms do not improve after about 2 weeks.

Additional Information

This product has a distinct smell due to the ingredient methylmethionine sulfonium chloride — this is normal and does not affect quality or efficacy.
