- ✓Shake the container well before use. Up to 4 times daily (8 sprays total) if needed; allow at least 3 hours between uses. Reduce frequency as symptoms improve; you may increase it again if symptoms return. Do not use for more than 3 months per year (including use of other steroid nasal sprays).

- ✓This product contains fluticasone propionate (a steroid). Overuse or incorrect use may increase the risk of side effects — follow the prescribed dosage and method strictly. For nasal use only. If you taste the spray after use, rinse your mouth.
- ✓Before first use only: shake well and press the pump 7 times until a fine mist appears. This step is only required once.
- ✓Blow your nose before use to clear the nasal passages. Remove the green cap and shake the container well. Tilt your head slightly forward and insert the nozzle straight into the nostril — do not direct it toward the nasal septum. Press up firmly to spray once, then repeat for the other nostril. Right-handed users tend to direct toward the right nasal septum; left-handed users toward the left — be especially careful. After spraying, tilt your head back for a few seconds and breathe gently through your nose — do not blow your nose immediately after use. Wipe the nozzle tip clean after each use, replace the green cap, and store the container upright at room temperature.
- ✕Do not hold the container facing downward or sideways when spraying. Pressing too softly may cause liquid to drip. Be careful not to let the nozzle tip touch nasal discharge, as this may contaminate the spray. Do not pierce the nozzle tip with a pin or needle, as this is extremely dangerous if the nozzle breaks.
- ✕Do not use this product if you:
- (1) Have been diagnosed with any of the following: systemic fungal infection, tuberculosis, recurrent nosebleeds, or infectious disease.
- (2) Have a purulent nasal passage (follicular infection causing accumulation of pus with pain and swelling).
- (3) Have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or fluticasone propionate preparations.
- (4) Are under 15 years of age.
- (5) Are pregnant or possibly pregnant.
- (6) Have used a steroid nasal spray for 3 months or more within the past year.
- ✕Do not use this product — combined with other steroid nasal sprays — for more than 3 months in any 1-year period. If use beyond 3 months is needed, consult an ear, nose, and throat specialist, as another condition may be present.
- ✕Do not use this product together with other steroid nasal sprays, unless prescribed by a doctor.
- ✓Seek immediate medical attention if any of the following serious symptoms appear:
- • Shock (anaphylaxis): Itching of skin, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, itchy throat, difficulty breathing, palpitations, or clouded consciousness immediately after use.
- ⚠Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before use if you:
- (1) Are under medical treatment.
- (2) Are receiving desensitization therapy or other allergy treatment.
- (3) Have pain in the head, forehead, or cheeks with yellow or green nasal discharge (may indicate infectious sinusitis).
- (4) Are breastfeeding.
- (5) Have ever had an allergic reaction to medicines or other substances.
- (6) Are unsure whether your symptoms are caused by seasonal allergy or another condition.
- (7) Are elderly.
- (8) Have hypertrophic rhinitis (*1) or nasal polyps (*2).
- 1: Heaviness around the nose with small amounts of mucus or yellow/green nasal discharge.
- 2: Nasal congestion, sensation of something in the back of the nose.
- (9) Are receiving long-term or high-dose systemic steroid therapy.
- ✓Stop use immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson — bringing this package insert with you — if any of the following occur after use:
- Nasal: Irritation, pain, dryness, nosebleeds, unpleasant odor, or crusting inside the nose
- Throat: Irritation, dryness, or unpleasant taste
- Skin: Rash or swelling
- Nervous system: Headache, sleep disturbance, or tremor
- Other: Increased eye pressure (with symptoms such as eye pain, blurred vision, or headache)
- ✓If nosebleeds occur frequently or crusting develops inside the nose, stop use immediately and consult a doctor. There is a risk of nasal septum perforation (a hole forming in the wall dividing the nasal cavity), with symptoms including crusting around the nostrils, recurring nosebleeds, and a whistling sound when breathing.
- ✓Stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson — bringing this package insert with you — if pain develops in the head, forehead, or cheeks, or if nasal discharge becomes yellow or green, as another condition may have developed.
- ✓If symptoms do not improve after about 1 week of use (up to 4 times daily), stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson, bringing this package insert with you.
- ✓Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight, with the cap on. Keep out of reach of children. Do not transfer to another container. Do not share with others. Do not use after the expiry date. Once opened, use as soon as possible even within the expiry date. This product uses a glass container — handle carefully to avoid impact.
