  • Do not use this product if you have not previously been diagnosed and treated for vaginal candidiasis by a physician.
  • Do not use if you have had recurring vaginal candidiasis (once or more within 2 months, or twice or more within 6 months). Frequent recurrences may indicate diabetes or another underlying condition.
  • Do not use if you are unsure whether your symptoms are a recurrence of vaginal candidiasis. If your discharge does not resemble a porridge-like (cottage cheese) or cloudy lees-like texture, or if you have vaginal itching, other conditions may be present.
  • Do not use if you have fever or chills.
  • Do not use if you have nausea or vomiting.
  • Do not use if you have lower abdominal pain.
  • Do not use if you have irregular or abnormal bleeding, or blood-tinged discharge.
  • Do not use if you have ulcers, blisters, or pain in the vagina or external genitalia.
  • Do not use if you have pain when urinating or difficulty urinating.
  • Do not use if you have severe skin erosion.
  • Do not use if you have been diagnosed with diabetes.
  • Do not use if you have had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients.
  • Do not use if you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant.
  • Do not use if you are 60 years of age or older, or under 15 years of age.
  • Do not apply any vulvar medication other than candidiasis treatment for 6 days after use without consulting a physician.
  • If any of the following occur after use, stop immediately and consult a physician or pharmacist: throbbing pain, feeling of swelling, redness, irritation, itching, or warmth in the vagina.
  • Consult a physician or pharmacist before use if you: are currently under medical treatment; are nursing; or have had an allergic reaction to any medication.
  • This product is a tablet but is not to be taken by mouth. If accidentally swallowed, seek immediate medical attention.
  • This product is designed to be effective with a single use. Once inserted, the tablet will gradually dissolve — do not insert additional vaginal tablets.
  • Do not use during menstruation. If menstruation begins within 6 days of use, consult a physician as verification of recovery is required.
  • If within 6 days of use the tablet comes out intact or in its original shape and size, do not insert another tablet on your own — consult a physician or pharmacist.
  • After insertion, the tablet dissolves inside the vagina and is gradually eliminated by the body. Small white fragments or a paste-like substance may appear — this is normal.
  • If no improvement is seen after 3 days, or if symptoms do not disappear after 6 days, consult a physician.

Additional Information

Vaginal candidiasis can be transmitted to sexual partners. Inform your partner of the infection; if they experience symptoms such as genital itching or redness, they should see a physician promptly. To prevent transmitting the infection, avoid sexual intercourse and take other hygiene precautions.
For 6 days after use, Candida may still remain active in the vagina — avoid sexual intercourse and take hygiene precautions during this period.
To maintain the efficacy of the medication, do not wash inside the vagina.

To prevent irritation to the affected area, do not use spermicides during use.
When bathing, avoid using soap on the external genitalia — rinse with lukewarm water only.
Candida thrives in warm, humid conditions. Keep the area as dry as possible: thoroughly dry the outer vaginal area after bathing or swimming; change wet swimwear promptly; change sanitary pads and other hygiene products frequently; wear breathable cotton underwear.
Use clean underwear and towels daily. Do not share towels with family members to prevent infection.
Candida is naturally present in the intestines. When using the toilet, always wipe from front to back to prevent the spread of intestinal bacteria.
Even if itching improves, avoid scratching the external genitalia, as scratching can worsen irritation and potentially spread the infection.
