Diclofenac sodium pain-relief tape

Lower back pain, muscle pain, shoulder pain from stiff shoulders, joint pain, tenosynovitis (hand and wrist pain), elbow pain (such as tennis elbow), bruises, sprains

Diclofenac sodium 2.0 g
l-Menthol 3.5 g
Inactive Ingredients
Styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer, terpene resin, BHT, polyisobutylene, liquid paraffin, and 2 other ingredients
Instructions for Use
- ✓Remove the plastic film and apply 1 to 2 patches to the affected area once daily. Do not use more than 2 patches at a time.
- ✕Do not apply for more than 24 hours at a time.
- ✓Before reapplying to the same area, check that no rash, redness, or skin reaction has developed there.
- ✓Wipe away sweat or moisture from the skin before applying.
- ✓For sensitive skin: do a patch test before first use — apply a small piece (1–2 cm) to the inner forearm for at least 12 hours and confirm no reaction before use.
- ✕Do not use if you have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients.
- ✕Do not use if you have ever had asthma.
- ✕Do not use if you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant.
- ✕Do not use on children under 15.
- ✕Do not use on the following areas:
- (1) In or around the eyes, or on mucous membranes
- (2) Areas with eczema, skin rash, or open wounds
- (3) Areas affected by athlete's foot, ringworm, or skin infection
- ✕Do not use other topical analgesic or anti-inflammatory products at the same time.
- ✕Do not use continuously for more than 2 weeks.
- ⚠Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before use if you:
- (1) Are under the care of a physician.
- (2) Are taking any other medicines.
- (3) Have ever had an allergic reaction to a medicine or other product.
- (4) Have ever had a skin rash or irritation from an adhesive patch.
- (5) Have been diagnosed with: peptic ulcer, blood disorders, liver disease, kidney disease, high blood pressure, heart disease, or influenza.
- (6) Are taking any of the following: new quinolone antibiotics, triamterene, lithium, methotrexate, NSAIDs, steroids, diuretics, cyclosporine, or SSRIs.
- (7) Are elderly.
- ✓Stop use immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson — bringing this package with you — if any of the following side effects appear:
- Skin: Rash, redness, itching, contact dermatitis, swelling, dry skin, irritation, hyperpigmentation, blisters, or scaling
- ✓Stop use immediately and seek emergency medical attention if you experience any of the following serious symptoms:
- Anaphylaxis (severe allergic reaction): Skin itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, or loss of consciousness shortly after use.
- Contact dermatitis or photosensitivity: Severe skin inflammation at the application site with intense itching, rash, redness, swelling, irritation, blisters, or skin breakdown; hyperpigmentation or white patches. Symptoms may spread throughout the body or appear and worsen in areas exposed to sunlight.
- ✓Stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson — bringing this package with you — if symptoms do not improve after 5 to 6 days of use.

After opening, close the zipper firmly and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
