Indication

Treatment of recurrence of vaginal candidiasis, limited to those who have previously been diagnosed and treated for vaginal candidiasis by a physician.

For use only by those who have previously been diagnosed and treated for vaginal candidiasis by a physician.

Active Ingredients (per 1 vaginal tablet)

• Clotrimazole 100mg

Inactive Ingredients

Lactose, corn starch, pregelatinized starch, adipic acid, sodium bicarbonate, magnesium stearate, stearic acid, polysorbate 80, anhydrous silicic acid

Instructions for Use

  • Bathe or clean the affected area with lukewarm water before use. Wash hands thoroughly with soap, then insert the tablet into the deepest part of the vagina using your fingertip. Wash hands again after insertion. Do not use an applicator. Use once daily for 6 consecutive days, preferably before bedtime.

  • Continue use for 6 days from the start of treatment, even if symptoms disappear during that time.
  • Do not use this product if this appears to be your first occurrence of vaginal candidiasis. If symptoms are appearing for the first time, other diseases may be the cause — consult a physician.
  • Do not use if you have had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients.
  • Do not use if you are under 15 years of age or 60 years of age or older.
  • Do not use if you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant.
  • Do not use if you have fever, chills, lower abdominal pain, back or shoulder pain, colored or blood-tinged discharge, fishy-smelling discharge, stopped menstruation, irregular or abnormal vaginal bleeding, or ulcers, swelling, or erosion in the vagina or external genitalia.
  • Do not use if you have been diagnosed with diabetes.
  • Do not use if you have had frequent recurrences of vaginal candidiasis (once every 1 to 2 months, or twice or more within 6 months).
  • Do not use if you are unsure whether your symptoms are a recurrence of vaginal candidiasis.
  • Do not apply to any area other than inside the vagina.
  • Do not apply any external skin medication other than candidiasis treatment to the external genitalia during use.
  • If any of the following occur after use, stop immediately and consult a physician or pharmacist: local warmth, irritation, itching, redness, or pain in the vagina; or skin rash.
  • Consult a physician or pharmacist before use if you: are currently under medical treatment; have had an allergic reaction to any medication; or are nursing.
  • Strictly follow the prescribed dosage.
  • This product is for vaginal use only and is not to be taken by mouth. If accidentally swallowed, seek immediate medical attention.
  • Do not use during menstruation. If menstruation begins during use, stop use and consult a physician as verification of recovery is required.
  • If no improvement is seen after 3 days of use, or if symptoms do not disappear after 6 days, consult a physician.
