Indication

Constipation, and relief of the following symptoms due to constipation: dull headache, flushing, skin roughness, acne, loss of appetite, abdominal fullness, abnormal intestinal fermentation, and hemorrhoids

Active Ingredients (per 3 tablets (maximum adult dose))

Bisacodyl 15 mg
Dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate (DSS) 24 mg

Inactive Ingredients

Lactose, anhydrous silicic acid, hydroxypropyl cellulose, magnesium stearate, acacia, sucrose, talc, titanium dioxide, methacrylic acid copolymer S, methacrylic acid copolymer L, castor oil, Red No. 3, macrogol, carnauba wax, bleached beeswax

Instructions for Use

  • Take at bedtime or on an empty stomach, with water or lukewarm water.
  • Start with the minimum dose and adjust gradually based on your bowel movements.
  • Children should take this medicine under parental supervision.

  • Do not take within 1 hour of taking antacids or drinking milk, as the enteric coating may dissolve prematurely.
  • Do not chew or crush tablets.
  • Remove tablets from the blister pack before taking. Do not swallow the blister pack, as the sharp edge may injure the esophageal mucosa.
  • Do not take other laxatives while taking this product.
  • Do not take more than the recommended dose.
  • Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before taking this product if you:
  • (1) Are under the care of a physician.
  • (2) Are pregnant or may be pregnant.
  • (3) Have severe abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting.
  • Stop taking immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson — bringing this package insert with you — if any of the following symptoms appear after taking this product, as they may be side effects:
  • Gastrointestinal: Severe abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting
  • Stop taking and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson — bringing this package insert with you — if the following symptom persists or worsens:
  • Diarrhea
  • Stop taking and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson — bringing this package insert with you — if symptoms do not improve after about 1 week.

Additional Information

If taken at bedtime, effects typically appear the following morning (approximately 6 to 11 hours later).
Once regular bowel movements resume, reduce the dose or extend the interval between doses to restore normal bowel habits.
