Indication

Relief of cold symptoms: runny nose, nasal congestion, sore throat, sneezing, cough, phlegm, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain

Active Ingredients (per 6 caplets (daily dose))

Acetaminophen 900 mg
d-Chlorpheniramine maleate 3.5 mg
Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 135 mg
Belladonna total alkaloids 0.3 mg
Dextromethorphan hydrobromide hydrate 48 mg
Bromhexine hydrochloride 12 mg
Tranexamic acid 420 mg
Anhydrous caffeine 75 mg
Riboflavin (vitamin B2) 12 mg

Inactive Ingredients

Cellulose, corn starch, croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropylcellulose, magnesium stearate, partially hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohol, hypromellose, talc, titanium oxide, red ferric oxide

Instructions for Use

  • Take within 30 minutes after meals with water or lukewarm water. Do not chew.

  • Do not use this product if:
  • (1) You have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients.
  • (2) You have ever experienced asthma after taking this product, another cold medicine, or a pain reliever/fever reducer.
  • (3) You have difficulty urinating due to an enlarged prostate (prostatic hypertrophy).
  • (4) You have been diagnosed with high blood pressure, heart disease, thyroid disease, or diabetes.
  • Children under 15 years of age should not use this product.
  • Do not use any of the following medicines while taking this product: other cold medicines, pain relievers/fever reducers, sedatives, cough and phlegm medicines, or oral medicines containing antihistamines (such as medicines for rhinitis, motion sickness, allergies, or sleep aids), stomach cramp medicines, or oral medicines containing tranexamic acid.
  • Do not drive or operate machinery after taking this product (drowsiness, blurred vision, or abnormal sensitivity to light may occur).
  • Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this product.
  • Do not take more than the recommended dose or use for an extended period.
  • Seek immediate medical attention if any of the following serious symptoms appear:
  • • Shock (anaphylaxis): Itching of skin, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, itchy throat, difficulty breathing, palpitations, or clouding of consciousness immediately after use.
  • • Stevens-Johnson syndrome / toxic epidermal necrolysis / acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis: High fever, redness of eyes, eye discharge, sores on lips, sore throat, widespread rash or redness on skin, small blisters on reddened skin, general fatigue, or loss of appetite that persists or rapidly worsens.
  • • Drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome: Widespread redness of the skin, widespread rash, fever, general fatigue, or swollen lymph nodes (in the neck, armpits, or groin).
  • • Liver disorder: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes), dark urine, general fatigue, or loss of appetite.
  • • Kidney disorder: Fever, rash, decreased urine output, swelling throughout the body, general fatigue, joint pain, or diarrhea.
  • • Interstitial pneumonia: Shortness of breath with climbing stairs or slight exertion, dry cough, fever, or other symptoms that appear suddenly or persist.
  • • Asthma: Wheezing or whistling breath sounds, or difficulty breathing.
  • • Aplastic anemia: Bruising, nosebleed, bleeding gums, fever, pale skin or mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, feeling faint or unsteady, or blood in urine.
  • • Agranulocytosis: Sudden high fever, chills, or sore throat.
  • Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before use if you:
  • (1) Are under the care of a physician or dentist.
  • (2) Are pregnant or may be pregnant.
  • (3) Are breastfeeding.
  • (4) Are elderly.
  • (5) Have ever had an allergic reaction to a medicine.
  • (6) Have any of the following symptoms: high fever, or difficulty urinating.
  • (7) Have been diagnosed with liver disease, kidney disease, gastric or duodenal ulcer, glaucoma, blood clots (cerebral thrombosis, myocardial infarction, or thrombophlebitis), or are at risk of thrombosis.
  • (8) Are being treated with a monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitor (such as selegiline hydrochloride).
  • (9) Have experienced insomnia, dizziness, weakness, trembling, or palpitations after taking a cold medicine, cough/phlegm medicine, or rhinitis medicine.
  • (10) Are taking an oral medicine containing a parasympathetic blocker (such as belladonna total alkaloids, isopropamide iodide, or scopolia extract).
  • Stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson — bringing this package insert with you — if any of the following symptoms appear after taking this product, as they may be side effects:
  • Skin: Rash, redness, or itching
  • Gastrointestinal: Nausea/vomiting, or loss of appetite
  • Nervous system: Dizziness, convulsions, headache, insomnia, or nervousness
  • Respiratory: Shortness of breath, or difficulty breathing
  • Urinary: Difficulty urinating
  • Other: Abnormally low body temperature, facial flushing, or abnormal sensitivity to light
  • Stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson if the following symptoms persist or worsen: constipation, dry mouth, drowsiness, or blurred vision.
  • Stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson — bringing this package insert with you — if symptoms do not improve after 5 to 6 doses.

Additional Information

Your urine may turn yellow while taking this product. This is caused by riboflavin (vitamin B2) and is not a cause for concern.
